Welcome to the song page of the Total Eclipse band. The following songs were captured from 29 year old cassettes.

The originals were recorded at the clubs with a table top cassette deck, without an external mic. For those of you who are not familiar with these dinosaurs, they were very convenient but very limited in their audio capabilities. The frequency range was not as broad as we would have liked, but they did the job.

The tapes were recorded not for when we were old and grey, but rather for review, critique and improving our performances the next time we played. They were extremely helpful at the time, and I am thankful to have them now.

The files are best heard thru headphones. You can hear the audience talking, glasses clicking and sometimes even the band!
